Sanada Masayuki

Sanada Masayuki (1544 (1547?) - 1608 or (June 4, 1611?) is the son of Sanada Yukitaka.

Masayuki originally served the Takeda and fought against Tokugawa Ieyasu several times. He was sided against Ieyasu at the Battle of Sekigahara but had his son, Nobuyuki, fight for Ieyasu. Thus, when the battle went in Ieyasu's favor, Masayuki was saved from death by his son's influence.

Instead of death, Masayuki was banished to Kudoyama in Kii province.
