The York Guardian is a Metroland newspaper that publishes tri-weekly on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

As this paper shares a market with six Toronto dailies, they say that they are "compelled to compete strongly". A run of 110,000 copies of the paper are printed each week.

Also, they produce a weekly Saver Bag delivered to apartments throughout Scarborough.
