Shaggy

Shaggy (born October 1968 as Richard Burrell) is an Jamaican reggae artist. He takes his nickname after Scooby Doo's companion. He moved to Brooklyn (New York?) when he was 18 and had his first hit in 1993.

His singles include Oh Carolina, Boombastic, Mr Lover Lover, and It Wasn't Me.
