Shelbyville Manhattan

Shelbyville Manhattan is the fictional character in The Simpsons universe. He set out with Jebediah Springfield to found a town. But once they got there, they disagreed on what the purpose was. Jebediah wanted a place where people could worship freely, while Shelbyville wanted a town where people could marry their cousins. Jebediah founded Springfield, while Shelbyville founded Shelbyville.
