Sonic Jam 6 a pirated version of Mario game for the Sega Megadrive (which itself is a pirated copy of Super Mario Brothers from the Super Mario Collection)

The Mario sprite of the pirated game was replaced by Sonic the Hedgehog, who is red without a mushroom and blue with one.

The game originated from China.

This game is not to be confused with the legitimate Sega Saturn game Sonic Jam.

The game freezes on world 4-1, as the Lakitus chuck so many spinies that the game freezes.
