Sour mix
Sour mix is used in many cocktails.
- Whisk one egg white in a medium-sized bowl until frothy
- Stir in one cup of sugar
- Add two cups of water
- Add two cups of lemon juice, preferably freshly squeezed
- Stir all ingredients well
Store the mix refrigerated and use within three days of making it.
