Spheal (Tamazarashi in Japanese) is a cute Pokémon similar to a seal. It is only available in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. It can be caught in the Shoal Cave by walking or surfing. It is a Water/Ice type that can learn water, ice, normal, and ground moves. It evolves into Sealeo at level 32, which evolves into Walrein at level 44. Spheal travels by rolling on its ball-like body.
A Spheal can clap and squirt water. It rolls on a Sealeo's nose sometimes. That is the cutest part of a Spheal's life. It is a ball with a face.
Spheal appears in the anime in Episode 312.
