Squat party

A squat party is a club or party that takes place in an abandoned building or squat. The type of music played at these parties is usually of the underground variety. They are usually advertised by word of mouth and flyers handed out at other similar events for security reasons, since the organisers don't want the authorities finding out about them as they will try and stop the parties.
