Subaru (telescope)
Subaru (In
katakana: スバル) is the 8 meter flagship telescope of the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan
[1]. It is named for the constellation known in English as the
Pleiades. It is located on top the
Mauna Kea in
Hawaii
