Superior, Wisconsin

A small city with a population of some 28,000 on the shores of Lake Superior, Superior is located in northwestern Wisconsin and is often overshadowed today, as was in th epast, by its twin port of Duluth, Minnesota. The major industries have traditionally centered around its value as a transfer station. Trucking, railroads, and Great Lakes shipping, bring people from around the United States and the world to this city.
