Symmes Township, Hamilton County, Ohio

Symmes Township is a township of Hamilton County, Ohio. As of 2002, the total population is 14,771. The township was named by John Cleves Symmes, who originally owned most of the county as a result of his land purchase, known as the Symmes Purchase.
