In this sketch, a nervous man (Michael Palin) walks into an office which turns out to provide bizarre conversations. After accidentally walking into the Abuse office, he finds the Arguments office, manned by John Cleese. Cleese's character proceeds to argue with Palin's character about everything, especially the fact that Palin's character wants an argument. It's a classic case of absurdity applied to an otherwise ordinary service transaction, made particularly funny by the drab office environment.
