Timiskaming District, Ontario

Timiskaming is a district in northern Ontario, Canada. According to Elections Canada (2001), the population is 69,901. The county seat is Haileybury, Ontario. Timiskaming, along with neighbouring district, Cochrane is represented in the Ontario legislature by Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) David Ramsey and at the Canadian legislature by Member of Parliament (MP) Ben Serre.
