Tingewick

Tingewick is a village in Buckinghamshire, England. It is located in the Aylesbury Vale, about two and a half miles west of Buckingham on the A421.

The village name is Anglo Saxon in origin, and means 'Teoda's dwelling'. In the Domesday Book of 1086 the village was recorded as Tedinwiche.
