University of Nebraska-Lincoln
University of Nebraska-Lincoln is an institution of higher learning located in
Lincoln, Nebraska. The
university was founded in
1869. The university is known for its
law school, its College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, and its College of Journalism and Mass Communications.
The school's sports teams are called the Cornhuskers (or simply "Huskers"). They participate in the NCAA's Division I-A, and in the Big Twelve Conference.
