Whistler, British Columbia
Whistler is a city in the province of
British Columbia in
Canada. The city has an approximate permanent population of 9,965. Over two million people annually visit Whistler, primarily for its world-famous
snow skiing.
Whistler will be the co-host (alongside Vancouver) of the XXI Winter Olympic Games in 2010, which will take place at the Whistler-Blackcomb Resort.
