Worldwide Pants Incorporated is a television production company owned by comedian and talk show host David Letterman. Current television productions include:

• CBS's Late Show with David Letterman (1993-present)
• CBS's Everybody Loves Raymond (1996-present)
• CBS's Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn (1996-present)
• NBC's Ed (2000-present)

Past productions include:

• CBS's Late Late Show with Tom Snyder (1995-1999)
• CBS's The Bonnie Hunt Show (1995-1996)
• HBO's The High Life (1996)
• CBS's Welcome to New York (2000-2001)

Worldwide Pants was formed when Letterman made his switch from NBC to CBS. The company headquarters are in the Ed Sullivan theater in New York City. The president and CEO is Rob Burnett, who runs the day-to-day operations of the company as well as writing and editing Ed.

As of May 2003 the company is reportedly developing another sitcom, a children's cartoon, and a documentary [1].
