Boden is a Municipality, in Norrbotten, in northern Sweden. The municipality covers an area of 4296.7 km². Of the total population of 28,679, 14,121 are male, and 14,558 are female. The population density of the community is 7 inhabitants per km².
Boden houses the largest garrison of the Swedish Army.
