Richard Baker (politician)
Richard Hugh Baker (born
May 22 1948),
American politician,
has been a
Republican member of the
United States House of Representatives since
1987,
representing the 6th District of
Louisiana. He was born in
New Orleans,
was educated at
Louisiana State University, and was a Louisiana House of Representatives before entering
the House.
